Our friendly staff are competent, well trained and capable with an on call Registered Nurse available 24 hours a day.

All staff attend mandatory annual education sessions on CPR, Fire Safety, manual handling, Elder Abuse and WH&S. Optional education sessions are provided for staff and volunteers throughout the year, to assist staff with maintaining their professional development.
